2) Only one account is allowed per individual, company or organization.

3) By signing up you understand and acknowledge that TubbyBucks reserves the right to send out emails, or newsletters, to all webmasters who join.

4) TubbyBucks will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with your hosting equipment or technical errors.

5) TubbyBucks reserves the right to terminate any account at any time without notice.  We reserve the right to deny any prospective partner admittance into our program for any reason.  We reserve the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more than one month. In such cases you will be notified in advance.

6) TubbyBucks reserves the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL accumulated funds up to that point in time, except in cases where it is determined you have cheated by violating this agreement in any way you will not be paid.

Fraudulent Activities
If you attempt to defraud our system by generating false or fraudulent hits or sign-ups, you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. We monitor all hits and sign-ups to ensure they are not generated falsely. If you signup to a paysite using your own linking code, we will consider your account to be fraud and you will not be paid.

50/50 Partnership Program
1) 50/50 partnership - You will receive 50% of the initial sale, plus 50% of all recurring membership revenue until that member cancels.

Traffic Rules
You are free to generate traffic by any method that is not in violation of the terms herein.
Sending any hits from any URLs that contain and/or promote the following content, programs or linking practices without prior consent from TubbyBucks will result in the IMMEDIATE cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account: child pornography, bestiality, unlicensed content or any other site we deem illegal.

How You Get Paid
Payments are mailed every week from CCBILL.com.  We have no control over the traffic tracking or payment process, so shaving is impossible!  Please contact CCIBLL if you have specific payment issues.
